Great things happen when the world agrees——世界标准日的吐槽
2017-10-13 宁笔 企业国际化智库1946年10月14日至26日，来自中、英、法、美等25个国家的65名代表聚会于英国伦敦，决定成立一个新的国际标准化机构——国际标准化组织。会议讨论了ISO组织章程和议事规则，并在10月24日召开的有15个国家参加的临时全体大会一致通过。
槽点1：国际标准化组织英文全称为：International Organization for Standardization，简称为ISO，不是IOS！ISO是InternationalOrganization for Standardization的简称，不是International Organization Standardization三个词的缩写。ISO官方网站对此的解释是：ISO isderived from the Greek isos, meaning equal。直译( 大意)：ISO源自希腊语ISOS一词，原意是平等。
1947年2月23日，ISO宣告正式成立。总部设在瑞士日内瓦。美国标准协会常务委员会主席霍华德·孔利被选为**任ISO主席。参加1946年10月伦敦会议的25个国家为ISO的创始成员国。
槽点2：ISO的正式成立时间，是1947年2月23日，不是1946年10月14日。1946年10月14日是开始讨论是否成立一个新的国际标准化机构(后来的ISO)的日子。
1969年9月ISO理事会发布第1969-59号决议，决定把每年的10月14日定为世界标准日。
1970年10月14日ISO举行了**届世界范围的庆祝世界标准日的活动。
槽点3：ISO在1969年9月确定每年的10月14日为世界标准日，但1969年当年组织庆祝来不及了，所以**个世界标准日是从1970年开始的，不是1969年。
1978年9月1日中华人民共和国以中国标准化协会的名义参加ISO，并在1982年9月当选并连任理事国(1983年～1994)。 1985年和1989年，分别改由国家标准局和国家技术监督局参加。 2001年起，在ISO代表中华人民共和国会籍的会员机构是国家标准化管理委员会。 2013年9月21日，中国标准化专家委员会委员、国际钢铁协会副主席张晓刚，当选国际标准化组织主席，是ISO自1947年成立以来首次由中国人任主席。
槽点4：中国是ISO的创始成员国，现在在ISO也发挥着重要的作用，拥有一定的地位。但是，由于历史原因，ISO的官方语言确定为：英语、法语和俄语，没有中文。这其实不利于ISO在华语区发挥更大的作用和价值，甚至严重影响世界标准化的进程！
1986年起，ISO在每年的世界标准日宣传一个特定主题，以彰显标准化在人类生存发展各个不同阶段的特定贡献。

槽点5：历年主题，这一句句话，都好有道理！不过口号归口号，事情还得一步一步做，比如我国至今仍普遍盗版使用国际标准这事，就该解决一下。看看今年世界标准日ISO/IEC/ITU的联名信，您就明白：中国人已经深度参与到世界标准化体系中啦，而国内居然还疯狂盗版使用着这些国际标准，的确很不合适！
