摘要: To provide a manufacturing system for dried food that can satisfy a present quality standard, comparable to sun-dried food.SOLUTION: A manufacturing system for dried food includes a reception part 1 for receiving a raw material, a washing part 2 for washing the raw material with washing water, a slicing part 3 for slicing the washed raw material, a drying part 4 for drying the sliced raw material, and a commercialization part 5 for commercializing the dried raw material. The slicing part 3, the drying part 4, and the commercialization part 5 are configured as quasi-closed spaces. The washing part 2 includes a washing device 2b, a reception door 2a for receiving the raw material, and a send-out port 2c for sending out the washed raw material. The slicing part 3 includes a slicing device 3a and a first transfer door 3b for transferring the sliced raw material. The drying part 4 includes a dryer 4a and a second transfer door 4b for transferring the dried raw material.
