Vehicle management system

A vehicle management system for controlling the supplying of power from an onboard power unit in a parked vehicle to the outside, and/or controlling the charging of an onboard power unit from the outside, said vehicle management system having: a control unit for controlling the supplying/charging of power between the onboard power unit and the outside; a transaction management unit for managing the supplying/charging of power between the onboard power unit and the outside; and a reward points setting unit for setting reward points for a user associated with a parked vehicle. The reward points setting unit sets the reward points on the basis of transaction information recorded by the transaction management unit.
