Face mask with internal support structure for use with positive air pressure and ventilation systems

A positive airway contact surface system (10), comprising: a face mask (100), the face mask comprises: an internal support structure (110); an outer shell (114) disposed on the inner support structure (110); a plurality of strap attachment means (120) provided around an outer surface of the outer casing (114); a user contact surface opening (140); and an inlet opening; characterized in that each of the plurality of strap attachment means (120) extends through the outer casing (114) to mechanically engage the inner support structure (110).
