INTELLIGENT GREEN-MANUFACTURING SYSTEM FOR MAKING RECIPE-PRODUCTS WITH COAL-BASED NANO-CARBON POLYMORPHS

Provided is an intelligent green-manufacturing (IGM) system for making recipe-products with coal-based nano-carbon polymorphs (NCPs) comprising a mixture of nano-carbon fiber, nano-carbon tube, nano-carbon onion, nano-graphene, and nano-graphite. The NCP-IGM system inventively fuses green-manufacturing of NCP from coal-related natural materials with computer-aided and Internet-aided automated-manufacturing, coordinated network-operation, large-scale database management, high-throughput computation, material genome engineering, adaptive decision making involving customers and in-house-personnel, and logistics optimization, into a turn-key production operation with distributed hardware and software. The installation of the NCP-IGM system yields just-in-time green-manufacturing of recipe-products derived from NCPs to most effectively and efficiently suit customers' functional and delivery-time requirements for applications such as composite additives, lubricant additives, coating ingredients, and ink ingredients. The composite additives critically raise the performance of cement-based, polymer-based, and metal-based composites. The system can add product-value and reduce environmental loads.
