A ventilation control system (1) comprises a history information acquisition unit (132), a prediction unit (133), and a ventilation control unit (134). The history information acquisition unit (132) acquires a plurality of sets of operation history information corresponding to a plurality of ventilation devices (20) that are installed in a structure having a predetermined space and that exhaust air. The prediction unit (133) predicts the predictive ventilation air volume of each of the plurality of ventilation devices (20) during a predetermined time period on the basis of the plurality of sets of operation history information. The ventilation control unit (134) controls at least one of the plurality of ventilation devices (20) during the predetermined time period so that the sum of the integrated values of ventilation air volume of the plurality of ventilation devices (20) during the predetermined time period matches a specified value, on the basis of the predictive ventilation air volume of each of the plurality of ventilation devices (20).
