This air conditioning and ventilation system S is provided with: an air conditioning device 20 that has a heat exchanger 22 for generating conditioned air by performing heat-exchange with a refrigerant; a ventilation device 30 that is communicably connected to the air conditioning device A and that has an air supply fan 34 and/or an exhaust fan 35; air amount detection units 37, 38 for detecting air-amount equivalent values of the ventilation device 30; and a control unit 36. The control unit 36 brings the operation of the air conditioning device A into a stop state, when it is determined that the air-amount equivalent values acquired by the air amount detection units 37, 38 are equal to or less than a first predetermined value.
