遠隔操作による鋼管切断装置

A steel pipe cutting device is provided which can be divided into a plurality of parts for transportation, can be assembled while attached to a steel pipe to be cut, and can cut the steel pipe by remote control. A mounting base (10), a slide table (20), a moving base (21) and an electric saw (30) are separated and transported, the mounting base is attached to a steel pipe (40) to be cut, the slide table is mounted on the mounting base, and the slide table is mounted on the slide table. A moving table is installed on the moving table, an electric saw is mounted on the moving table, and a steel pipe cutting device is assembled. A moving mechanism provided on the slide table and an electric saw are controlled by remote control, and the moving table is horizontally moved with respect to the mounting frame to cut the steel pipe with the electric saw. The moving table 21 is composed of holders 28-1, 28-2, and 28-4 that hold the electric saws, and a chain clamp that is fixed to the cylindrical holder 28-3. [Selection drawing] Fig. 1【課題】複数のパーツに分割して運搬可能であり、切断対象の鋼管に取り付けつつ組み立て、鋼管を遠隔操作で切断できる鋼管切断装置を提供する。【解決手段】取付架台10、スライドテーブル20、移動台21及び電動のこぎり30を分離して運搬し、切断対象の鋼管40に取付架台を取り付け、この取付架台にスライドテーブルを装着し、スライドテーブル上に移動台を設置し、移動台に電動のこぎりを搭載して鋼管切断装置を組み立てる。スライドテーブルに設けられた移動機構と電動のこぎりを遠隔操作で制御し、移動台を取付架台に対して水平方向に移動させて電動のこぎりで鋼管を切断する。移動台21は、電動のこぎりを保持する保持具28-1,28-2,28-4と、筒状の保持具28-3に固定されるチェーンクランプで構成され、取付架台は、鋼管に宛がいチェーンブロック50のチェーン51を鋼管に巻き付けて係止するものである、ことを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
