部品収納用パレット

A display portion 12c for displaying the names and numbers of parts is provided around the viewing window of the protective plate. Since the restoring force of the storage portion acts on the components P1 and P2 stored in the storage portion of the storage plate, the components can be prevented from falling off. In addition, the display portion of the protection plate allows visual checking of the parts stored in the storage portion. [Selection drawing] Fig. 1【課題】輸送用機器(鉄道車両・航空機・自動車・船舶等)の機械装置類や内装部品等の組立用部材(特にネジ・ボルト類)の形状・種別・使用数量・手順等を緻密に管理し、異品混入・数量過不足等の発生を未然に防止する、部品収納用パレットを提供する。【解決手段】部品収納用パレット1は、緩衝材で成型した収納板10と、底板11と、保護板12から構成される。収納板と保護板には、部品の外形状に沿った開口を設けて、各々、部品の収納部10a、10b、部品の視認窓12a、12bを形成する。保護板の視認窓周囲には、部品の名称や番号などを表示する表示部12cを設ける。収納板の収納部に収納された部品P1、P2には、収納部の復元力が作用するので部品の脱落を防止できる。また、保護板の表示部により、収納部に収納した部品を目視でチェックできる。加えて、保護板によって収納板表面の傷や汚れを防止して、耐久性を向上させる。【選択図】図1
