摘要：Abstract Title: Validation of a decontamination procedure with a video streamA method for validating a decontamination procedure performed using a decontamination system, the system comprising a first product for use in a first step and a second product for use in a second step. The method comprises: capturing a video stream of a work area 34 in which the decontamination procedure is carried out by a user; analysing the video stream to identify when the first product is present in the work area 34 and when the second product is present in the work area 34; determining, based on said identification, that the first and second products have been presented in the correct order in the decontamination procedure; and causing a corresponding indication to be provided to the user. The method may include alerting the user to potential errors and/or logging data to provide an audit trail. Preferably the analysis of the video stream is with a trained neural network. There is also an apparatus comprising: a camera system 32; an output device for providing audio, textual and/or visual indications 40; an image analysis module 36; and a validator module 38.
