摘要：Disclosed in the present invention are a manufacturing process for a decorative metal-containing plastic product, a product manufactured by the process, and a shoe. The process comprises the following steps: selecting a metal foil; cutting the metal foil to obtain a decorative metal; placing the decorative metal in an injection mold; performing injection molding in the mold; and demolding to obtain the plastic product containing the decorative metal on the surface. According to the process, the decorative metal is directly formed in the process of injection molding of the plastic product, without additional sewing, painting and electroplating processes, thereby effectively shortening a production period, improving production efficiency, and reducing the labor cost.La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un produit en matière plastique contenant du métal décoratif, un produit fabriqué par le procédé et une chaussure. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : la sélection d'une feuille métallique ; la découpe de la feuille métallique pour obtenir un métal décoratif ; la disposition du métal décoratif dans un moule de moulage par injection ; la mise en œuvre d'un moulage par injection dans le moule ; et le démoulage pour obtenir le produit en matière plastique sur la surface duquel se trouve le métal décoratif. Selon le procédé, le métal décoratif est directement formé dans le procédé de moulage par injection du produit en matière plastique, sans des procédés de couture, de peinture et d'électrodéposition supplémentaires, ce qui de cette manière raccourcit efficacement une durée de production, améliore le rendement de production et réduit le coût de la main-d'œuvre.
