Various embodiments of the present disclosure provide an apparatus, a system, and a method for providing search results based on social distances from a user. The method may include receiving a search query from a user, setting a value representing a social distance from the user, wherein the social distance includes one or more levels, collecting results corresponding to the search query for each distance of the social distance, and providing the collected results to the user.
